1. Assist intellectual property lawyers in collaboration with internal departments such as Marketing and Development, as well as external partners like Intellectual Property Counsel, Attorneys, and Bailiffs.
2. Manage pre-litigation and administrative litigation processes, including cease and desist letters, oppositions, and annulment actions.
3. Prepare dossiers of notoriety and evidence of use.
4. Participate in project validation through prior art searches.
5. Conduct legal research, including case law and usage investigations.
6. Draft legal memoranda on intellectual property matters.
7. Contribute to the synthesis and archiving of litigation files and update the trademark portfolio management software.
8. Participate in legal monitoring.

1. Bachelor's degree +5 with a specialization in Intellectual Property.

1. Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
2. Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
3. Proactive in skill development during the internship.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and adherence to corporate culture.
