Moët Hennessy IT Portfolio Management Assistant

- Facilitate strategic portfolio reviews, manage meetings, track actions and performance indicators, ensuring data quality in the portfolio management system.
- Contribute to the prioritization of strategic initiatives based on business value, platform roadmaps, and iterative deliveries.
- Support and animate the PMO community, encouraging collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in change management activities related to the adoption of the new IT governance model.
- Identify weaknesses and optimize portfolio management processes for continuous improvement.
- Analyze portfolio performance data, develop reports and dashboards, and provide insights for decision-making.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field. Specialization in project/portfolio management, digital product management, or IT administration is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, facilitation, and presentation skills (fluency in French and English).
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Experience with project/portfolio management software is preferred.
- Adaptable, proactive, and assertive with a strong belief in Agile/DevOps culture and practices.
Entry-level experience is acceptable, with a preference for familiarity with project/portfolio management software.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
