1. Assist in applicant management including job postings, maintaining applicant pool, candidate selection, and interview coordination.
2. Contribute to employer branding efforts, including participation in recruiting fairs.
3. Provide employee support throughout the entire lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, HR document preparation, and data maintenance.
4. Aid in process improvements within the HR department.
5. Support global HR projects and manage small independent projects.
6. Gain insights into diverse HR tasks and support national and international projects such as CSR and Diversity & Inclusion.

1. Student of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources or related field.
2. Some practical experience in HR is preferred.
3. Strong communication skills in German and English.
4. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently with high reliability.
