- Contribute to the design, execution, and tracking of regional Talent & Learning initiatives across Asia Pacific.
- Support Talent Development projects, including learning programs, career development initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
- Assist in the development, maintenance, and analysis of Talent & Learning dashboards and reports, consolidating talent data to provide actionable insights.
- Coordinate and execute regional learning programs, workshops, and development initiatives.
- Provide project support for Talent & Learning initiatives, including scheduling, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
- Coordinate and organize Talent & Learning-related meetings, communications, and regional projects.
- Undergraduate with a background in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or Business Administration.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills for managing time, projects, and processes efficiently.
- Self-driven, meticulous, and a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Beginner level experience is acceptable, with a keen interest in pursuing a career in HR or a passion for people development.
Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or Business Administration.
Interns will gain valuable insights into the luxury industry, develop new skills, and have the opportunity to work within a prestigious global organization.
