- Contribute to the design, execution, and tracking of regional Talent & Learning initiatives across Asia Pacific.
- Support Talent Development projects, including learning programmes, career development initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
- Assist in the development, maintenance, and analysis of Talent & Learning dashboards and reports, consolidating talent data to provide actionable insights.
- Coordinate and execute regional learning programmes, workshops, and development initiatives.
- Provide project support for Talent & Learning initiatives, including scheduling, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
- Coordinate and organise Talent & Learning-related meetings, communications, and regional projects.
- Undergraduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or Business Administration.
- Passionate, proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and organize time/projects/processes efficiently.
- Self-driven, meticulous, and a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Keen interest in pursuing a career in HR or passionate about people development.
- Project management skills specific to Talent and Learning related projects.
- Understanding of talent life cycle from recruitment to offboarding.
- HR reporting and analytics skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Beginner
Undergraduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or Business Administration.
