1. Contribute to the design, execution, and tracking of regional Talent & Learning initiatives across Asia Pacific.
2. Support Talent Development projects, including learning programmes, career development initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
3. Assist in the development, maintenance, and analysis of Talent & Learning dashboards and reports, consolidating talent data to provide actionable insights.
4. Coordinate and execute regional learning programmes, workshops, and development initiatives.
5. Provide project support for Talent & Learning initiatives, including scheduling, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
6. Coordinate and organise Talent & Learning-related meetings, communications, and regional projects.

1. Undergraduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or Business Administration.
2. Passionate, proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
3. Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
4. Ability to work in a dynamic environment and organize time/projects/processes efficiently.
5. Self-driven, meticulous, and a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
7. Keen interest in pursuing a career in HR or passionate about people development.

1. Project management skills specific to Talent and Learning related projects.
2. Understanding of talent life cycle from recruitment to offboarding.
3. HR reporting and analytics skills.
4. Strong organizational and time management skills.

Beginner

Undergraduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or Business Administration.
