- Contribute to the design and execution of talent development strategies and initiatives.
- Support projects aimed at fostering employee growth, career progression, and overall talent development.
- Assist in the development of learning materials and resources to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Collect, analyze, and report talent data, preparing and presenting regular reports.
- Perform various administrative duties to support the Talent and Learning team.
- Coordinate and organize Talent and Learning related meetings, events, and projects.
- Preferably an undergraduate with a background in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or Business Administration.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and organize time, projects, and processes efficiently.
- Self-driven, meticulous, and a team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Passion for people development and a keen interest in pursuing a career in HR.
Beginner level experience is required, ideally suited for those eager to gain insights into the luxury industry and business operations.
Preferably pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or Business Administration.
