1. Identify recruitment needs in collaboration with managers and HR Business Partners.
2. Draft and disseminate job postings across various platforms.
3. Screen applications and conduct preliminary phone interviews.
4. Participate in recruitment interviews and prepare progress reports for managers.
5. Manage candidate follow-up and maintain the recruitment database.
6. Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment files.
7. Participate in recruitment events such as forums and job fairs.
8. Organize and animate job dating sessions.
9. Plan and organize onboarding for new hires.
10. Monitor recruitment campaign performance indicators.
11. Prepare reports and presentations.
12. Animate the community of interns and apprentices in Paris and Champagne.
13. Assist in the deployment of skill development and performance management projects.
14. Support communication and awareness of HR development initiatives.
15. Collect and analyze data to track project effectiveness.
16. Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR tools and processes.
17. Manage administrative tasks related to training files and budget tracking.

1. Pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
2. Previous experience in recruitment or campus management preferred.
3. Strong interest in recruitment and training functions.

3. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
