1. Act as a strategic business partner to market leadership, providing expert HR guidance and support on all people-related matters.
2. Translate business priorities into effective HR strategies and initiatives that drive performance and achieve market objectives.
3. Collaborate with leaders on organizational design, change management, and workforce planning to support business growth and transformation.
4. Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
5. Identify training and development needs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
6. Develop and implement talent management and succession planning strategies.
7. Partner with the regional Talent team on attracting and recruiting top talent.
8. Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
9. Analyze employee feedback and engagement survey results to identify areas for improvement and propose actionable solutions.
10. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes collaboration, diversity, and belonging.
11. Oversee HR metrics and analytics to provide insightful reporting to senior management.
12. Develop and manage HR budgets and ensure cost-effective HR operations.
13. Lead change management initiatives to drive organizational effectiveness.
14. Oversee the annual review exercise and annual market benchmark surveys.
15. Develop and implement competitive benefits and recognition programs in partnership with the Regional Reward team.
16. Handle employee relations issues fairly and timely, providing guidance to managers on such matters.
17. Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and company policies.
18. Oversee HR administrative processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
19. Identify areas for process improvement as part of continuous improvement efforts.
20. Participate in and lead other projects or tasks as required.

1. Over 10 years of progressive HR experience, with a significant portion in a business partnering role within a matrix organization.
2. Proven experience in talent acquisition, talent management, talent development, succession planning, and driving employee engagement initiatives.
3. Strong understanding of local labor laws and HR best practices.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
5. Ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
6. Demonstrated ability to work strategically and operationally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
7. Experience collaborating with regional or global teams is a plus.
8. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
