- Act as a strategic business partner to market leadership, providing expert HR guidance and support on all people-related matters.
- Translate business priorities into effective HR strategies and initiatives that drive performance and achieve market objectives.
- Collaborate with leaders on organizational design, change management, and workforce planning to support business growth and transformation.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Identify training and development needs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Develop and implement talent management and succession planning strategies.
- Partner with the regional Talent team on attracting and recruiting top talent.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Analyze employee feedback and engagement survey results to identify areas for improvement and propose actionable solutions.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes collaboration, diversity, and belonging.
- Oversee HR metrics and analytics to provide insightful reporting to senior management.
- Develop and manage HR budgets and ensure cost-effective HR operations.
- Lead change management initiatives to drive organizational effectiveness.
- Oversee the annual review exercise and annual market benchmark surveys.
- Develop and implement competitive benefits and recognition programs in partnership with the Regional Reward team.
- Handle employee relations issues fairly and timely, providing guidance to managers on such matters.
- Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and company policies.
- Oversee HR administrative processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Identify areas for process improvement as part of continuous improvement efforts.
- Participate in and lead other projects or tasks as required.
- Over 10 years of progressive HR experience, with a significant portion in a business partnering role within a matrix organization.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, talent management, talent development, succession planning, and driving employee engagement initiatives.
- Strong understanding of local labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to work strategically and operationally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience collaborating with regional or global teams is a plus.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
