1. Contribute to the upskilling program by defining objectives, selecting partners, and designing training modules.
2. Oversee the deployment of training programs, manage sessions, and update tools.
3. Conduct evaluations, analyze KPIs, and suggest improvements for projects and processes.
4. Support recruitment efforts for interns and apprentices by understanding needs, publishing job postings, and managing candidate selection.
5. Coordinate interviews, track candidate progress, and assist in onboarding processes.
6. Prepare and publish communications regarding HR initiatives.
7. Participate in cross-functional projects related to HR topics such as engagement surveys and career development.
8. Provide general support to the HR team, including organizing meetings and initiatives.

1. Pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field from a business school or university.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
