- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth coordination, documentation, and cross-department communication.
- Participate in the design and implementation of employee satisfaction surveys to evaluate integration and engagement.
- Assist in organizing corporate events, trainings, and wellbeing initiatives aligned with company values.
- Contribute to HR communication strategies and internal content management.
- Maintain HR systems by updating employee data, monitoring training completion, and generating monthly reports.
- Collaborate on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives through research, partnerships, and awareness campaigns.
- Support audits and compliance processes related to HR policies and labor standards.
- Participate in leadership development and storytelling projects for commercial teams.
- Assist in recruitment processes, including candidate follow-ups and interview coordination.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong interest in corporate HR, employee experience, and DE&I initiatives.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with digital tools/platforms.
- Intermediate to advanced English level.
Beginner
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Hands-on experience in strategic HR processes within a dynamic, fast-paced, and multicultural environment.
