1. Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth coordination, documentation, and cross-department communication.
2. Participate in the design and implementation of employee satisfaction surveys to evaluate integration and engagement.
3. Assist in organizing corporate events, trainings, and wellbeing initiatives aligned with company values.
4. Contribute to HR communication strategies and internal content management.
5. Maintain HR systems by updating employee data, monitoring training completion, and generating monthly reports.
6. Collaborate on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives through research, partnerships, and awareness campaigns.
7. Support audits and compliance processes related to HR policies and labor standards.
8. Participate in leadership development and storytelling projects for commercial teams.
9. Assist in recruitment processes, including candidate follow-ups and interview coordination.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Strong interest in corporate HR, employee experience, and DE&I initiatives.

1. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
2. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with digital tools/platforms.
4. Intermediate to advanced English level.

Beginner

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Hands-on experience in strategic HR processes within a dynamic, fast-paced, and multicultural environment.
