- Lead annual compensation review processes and align with market benchmarks.
- Build HR workforce planning strategies for resourcing needs.
- Manage overhead budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans.
- Oversee HR systems and ensure compliance with internal tools.
- Develop and implement Workplace Health & Safety strategies and wellbeing programs.
- Degree in HR or a related field.
- Expertise in Australian and New Zealand employment law.
- Strong skills in strategic planning, financial analysis, and managing P&L.
- Understanding of payroll, performance reviews, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent interpersonal, networking, and communication skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
