1. Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and empower talent.
2. Collaborate with the Executive Committee to align HR strategies with business initiatives.
3. Manage a high-performing HR team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
4. Partner with APAC HR and People Services teams for regional collaboration.
5. Represent Moët Hennessy in local LVMH meetings and lead programs.
6. Enhance employee experience through engagement surveys and culture initiatives.
7. Design and implement Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) activities.
8. Create a positive work environment advocating employee wellbeing.
9. Partner with leaders for talent development and succession planning.
10. Manage the global performance review cycle and support individual development plans.
11. Develop and implement annual talent learning and development roadmap.
12. Collaborate with Regional Talent Acquisition for recruitment activities.
13. Lead annual Individual Compensation Review process.
14. Recommend salary changes for promotions, transfers, and market adjustments.

1. 10+ years in HR, including 5+ years in leadership.
2. Degree in HR or a related field.
3. Proven ability to lead and inspire high-performing HR teams.
4. Expertise in aligning HR strategies with business goals.
5. Strong relationship-building skills with senior leaders and external partners.
6. Comprehensive knowledge of the employee lifecycle and engagement strategies.
7. Industry knowledge in Wine & Spirits, FMCG, Consumer, or Luxury Goods is a plus.

1. Expertise in Australian and New Zealand employment law.
2. Strong skills in strategic planning, financial analysis, and managing P&L.
3. Understanding of payroll, performance reviews, budgeting, and forecasting.
4. Excellent interpersonal, networking, and communication skills.
5. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
6. Consumer-focused mindset adaptable to a brand-led business.
7. Resilient, adaptable, and thrives in ambiguity.

Minimum 5 years in a leadership role within HR.

Degree in HR or a related field.
