- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives to empower talent and build future capabilities.
- Collaborate with the Executive Committee to align HR strategies with business initiatives and enhance leadership effectiveness.
- Lead and manage a high-performing HR team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Partner with APAC HR and People Services teams to leverage regional expertise and share best practices.
- Represent Moët Hennessy in local LVMH meetings, leading programs and building connections across the group.
- Utilize annual employee engagement surveys to identify and implement improvements in employee experience.
- Promote a sense of belonging and shared values through cultural initiatives and DE&I activities.
- Create a positive work environment that advocates employee wellbeing.
- Partner with leaders to identify and nurture high-potential talents through development programs, mentorship, and coaching.
- Maintain a robust succession plan to ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical leadership roles.
- Manage the global performance review cycle and support managers in developing individual development plans.
- Develop and implement an annual talent learning and development roadmap.
- Collaborate with Regional Talent Acquisition on recruitment activities to attract top talent.
- Lead the annual Individual Compensation Review process and recommend salary changes as needed.
- 10+ years in HR, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Degree in HR or a related field.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire high-performing HR teams.
- Expertise in aligning HR strategies with business goals.
- Strong relationship-building skills with senior leaders, employees, and external partners.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the employee lifecycle and engagement strategies.
- Experience in coaching leaders on employee relations and development.
- Industry knowledge in Wine & Spirits, FMCG, Consumer, or Luxury Goods is a plus.
- Expertise in Australian and New Zealand employment law.
- Strong skills in strategic planning, financial analysis, and managing P&L.
- Understanding of payroll, performance reviews, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent interpersonal, networking, and communication skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Consumer-focused mindset adaptable to a brand-led business.

Minimum 10 years in HR with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
