- Develop high-performing teams in collaboration with leadership across markets.
- Enhance the talent pool by recruiting diverse, high-potential candidates.
- Source and select candidates for senior-level vacancies.
- Upskill the organization with capabilities essential for business growth.
- Create and implement an HR Plan aligned with business needs.
- Design and execute annual training and development plans.
- Lead internal succession planning and development initiatives.
- Manage annual HR budgets and oversee staff cost overheads.
- Lead the Management of Performance & Potential (MPP) process.
- Optimize and communicate the benefits package effectively.
- Align organizational vision and values with strategic goals.
- Lead internal communications and organize company events.
- Ensure legal compliance of HR procedures and reporting.
- Foster positive workplace relationships and manage employee relations.
- Develop and implement best practice HR policies.
- Conduct exit interviews for senior management.
- Partner with the works council in Germany.
- Demonstrated experience in adding value within HR roles.
- Creative and agile mindset.
- Experience in large international organizations.
- Up-to-date knowledge of German employment legislation; Austrian and Swiss knowledge is a plus.
- Understanding of Compensation & Benefits in an international context.
- Minimum 12 years of HR generalist experience, with at least 5 years at a managerial level.
- Experience in fast-paced environments.
- Solutions-driven approach.
- Strong execution and quick implementation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Commercial acumen.

Minimum 10 years of experience in HR roles, with significant managerial experience.
