- Contribute to the daily operations of the Corporate HR team at Moët Hennessy.
- Identify internship and apprenticeship needs within teams.
- Recruit young talents through job postings, sourcing, interviews, and presenting candidates to managers.
- Facilitate and monitor the Young Talents community during their tenure at Moët Hennessy, including onboarding, communication, induction days, and mentoring.
- Develop the employer brand for the Apprentices and Interns program within the Corporate teams.
- Support the implementation of the 2026-2027 training programs, including administrative and logistical management.
- Participate in meetings to identify training needs for managers.
- Contribute to defining the 2027 skills development plan.
- Coordinate the organization of the training plan with various stakeholders.
- Update and maintain dashboards and support the implementation of indicators.
- Engage in team activities and contribute to various annual processes such as year-end reviews and talent assessments.
- Enrollment in a Master's program (Master 1 or 2) in business school or university with a specialization in Human Resources.
- Previous experience in recruitment (6-month internship or apprenticeship) is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and curiosity.
- Ability to prioritize tasks while maintaining a strong team spirit.
- Capability to work effectively in an international environment.
Beginner-level experience, ideally with a previous internship or apprenticeship in recruitment.
Pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/Bac+5) in Human Resources or related field.
