- Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Provide expert advice on employee development, labor relations, health and safety, and legal compliance.
- Facilitate organizational change management and support leaders and employees through transitions.
- Implement talent development programs to enhance team skills and performance.
- Manage performance evaluation processes and organize necessary calibrations.
- Serve as the HR point of contact for all employees, ensuring a positive work environment.
- Participate in recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent.
- Implement and lead People Review and succession planning initiatives.
- Oversee workforce planning and recruitment strategy, managing budgets and timelines.
- Lead the recruitment team in partnership with RPO Korn Ferry.
- Develop compensation packages in collaboration with the C&B Manager.
- Coordinate new employee onboarding and integration activities.
- Drive DE&I initiatives within recruitment policies.
- Manage internal mobility policies and advise employees on career development.
- Participate in HR committees to present mobility profiles and job openings.
- Coordinate annual performance evaluations and salary reviews.
- Engage in social and economic committee discussions on relevant topics.
- Monitor and manage labor relations issues, including negotiations and regulatory compliance.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR development roles, such as recruitment or training.
- Strong business acumen and strategic orientation.
- Proficiency in labor law and HR compliance.
- Fluency in English for communication with regional and global teams.
