- Collaborate with the HR Business Partner to support Moët Hennessy UK across the UK market and in coordination with the EMEA region.
- Serve as a primary contact for team members, addressing inquiries and assisting employees with talent offerings.
- Implement and enhance internal processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness for the HR team.
- Manage and organize data to facilitate insightful decision-making.
- Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of employee records.
- Maintain and update internal HR documentation, including amendment letters, immigration letters, and employment agreements.
- Lead the management of employment verifications, reference letters, and probation processes.
- Manage vendors, contracts, and invoices, collaborating with Finance and Legal departments.
- Assist the HR Director in developing HR communications and resources for local initiatives.
- Support recruitment efforts through online postings, university placement services, CV screening, and recruitment coordination.
- Ensure well-planned interviews and gather feedback to enhance the candidate experience.
- Deliver comprehensive onboarding and induction for new joiners, including system setup and coordination with IT.
- Provide guidance on internal systems such as the Intranet and Performance Management Platform.
- Coordinate training programs and ensure compliance training for new joiners.
- Promote brand education initiatives and manage training-related invoices.
- Serve as the main contact for universities, line managers, and apprentices, tracking progress and providing HR advice.
- Manage intranet communications and internal announcements.
- Right to work in the UK
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French is advantageous
- Strong interest in HR with aspirations for growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Positive mindset with multitasking capabilities
- Team player with a willingness to learn
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Beginner-level experience is required, suitable for individuals starting their career in HR.
