- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and the HR Director to support Moët Hennessy UK across the UK Market and EMEA Region.
- Serve as a point of contact for team members, addressing inquiries and assisting with talent offerings.
- Implement internal process improvements to enhance efficiency for the HR team.
- Organize and manage data to facilitate insightful decision-making.
- Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of employee records.
- Update internal HR documentation, including amendment letters and employment agreements.
- Oversee management of employment verifications, reference letters, and probation processes.
- Manage vendors, contracts, and invoices, coordinating with Finance and Legal departments.
- Assist in developing HR communications and materials for local initiatives.
- Support recruitment efforts through online postings, CV screening, and interview coordination.
- Deliver a comprehensive induction and onboarding experience for new employees.
- Coordinate training programs and ensure compliance with legal training requirements.
- Promote Brand Education initiatives and manage related invoices.
- Serve as the main contact for universities and manage apprenticeship and internship progress.
- Manage internal communications, including intranet updates and new joiner announcements.
- Maintain training trackers and provide data for HR dashboards and annual reporting.
- Fluency in English; French is advantageous.
- Strong interest in HR with aspirations for growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work.
- Ability to multi-task and maintain quality under pressure.
- Team player with a willingness to learn and develop.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Beginner-level experience in Human Resources or related field.
