1. Support HR Business Partners and the HR Director across the UK market and EMEA region.
2. Serve as a point of contact for team members, assisting with talent offerings.
3. Execute internal process improvements for HR team effectiveness.
4. Manage and organize data for insightful decision-making.
5. Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of employee records.
6. Maintain and update internal HR documentation.
7. Lead management of employment verifications and probation processes.
8. Manage vendors, contracts, and invoices in collaboration with Finance and Legal departments.
9. Develop HR communications and materials for local initiatives.
10. Support recruitment processes including online posting and CV screening.
11. Deliver induction and onboarding for new joiners.
12. Provide guidance on internal systems usage.
13. Coordinate training programs and compliance training.
14. Promote Brand Education initiatives.
15. Manage internship and apprenticeship programs.
16. Handle intranet management and internal communications.
17. Maintain training trackers and provide data for HR dashboards.

1. Fluent in English; French is a plus.
