1. Serve as the primary point of contact for employees on all HR-related matters.
2. Execute individual personnel measures, including workforce planning, onboarding, and offboarding.
3. Prepare employment certificates, statistics, and reports.
4. Maintain the HR tool Personio, including time tracking.
5. Oversee pre- and post-processing of monthly payroll, including company pension schemes.
6. Communicate with tax authorities, health insurance providers, and government agencies.
7. Support labor law matters and collaborate with the works council.
8. Support recruitment processes in Germany, including managing applications and conducting interviews.
9. Manage employer branding activities at universities across Germany.
10. Coordinate events and presentations, representing LVMH & Moët Hennessy to students.
11. Contribute to the development and optimization of HR processes.
12. Support national and international HR projects, such as HRIS projects and talent management.
13. Act as deputy for the HR Business Partner.

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
2. Minimum 2-3 years of HR general experience.
3. Proven experience in HR administration and payroll preparation.
4. Good knowledge of German employment legislation.
5. Fluency in German and English.

1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
3. Knowledge of employee and labor relations laws in Germany.
4. Team orientation with the ability to establish credibility with partners.
5. Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
6. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive issues.

Minimum of 3 years in a human resources role, with experience in HR administration and payroll.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
