Moët Hennessy HR Coordinator

- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees on all HR-related matters.
- Execute individual personnel measures, including workforce planning, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Prepare employment certificates, statistics, and reports.
- Maintain the HR tool Personio, including time tracking.
- Oversee pre- and post-processing of monthly payroll, including company pension schemes.
- Communicate with tax authorities, health insurance providers, and government agencies.
- Support labor law matters and collaborate with the works council.
- Support recruitment processes in Germany, including managing applications and conducting interviews.
- Manage employer branding activities at universities across Germany.
- Coordinate events and presentations, representing LVMH & Moët Hennessy to students.
- Contribute to the development and optimization of HR processes.
- Support national and international HR projects, such as HRIS projects and talent management.
- Act as deputy for the HR Business Partner.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of HR general experience.
- Proven experience in HR administration and payroll preparation.
- Good knowledge of German employment legislation.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Knowledge of employee and labor relations laws in Germany.
- Team orientation with the ability to establish credibility with partners.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive issues.
Minimum of 3 years in a human resources role, with experience in HR administration and payroll.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
