1. Provide comprehensive HR administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
2. Prepare HR-related documents and maintain accurate employee data in compliance with GDPR.
3. Contribute to process improvement initiatives, such as digitalizing personnel files.
4. Support global HR projects and manage smaller projects independently.
5. Assist in creating compelling job descriptions and screen candidates during recruitment.
6. Coordinate interviews and track recruitment progress.
7. Support the organization of recruitment events such as career fairs.
8. Assist with internal communications, employee handbook updates, and event coordination.

1. Background in HR through education or initial work experience.

1. Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive, hands-on approach.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a people-oriented mindset.
3. Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
4. Fluency in English and German is essential; French is an advantage.
5. Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to manage changing priorities and meet deadlines.

Ideal candidates will have some initial experience or educational background in HR.
