- Provide comprehensive HR administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Prepare HR-related documents and maintain accurate employee data in compliance with GDPR.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives, such as digitalizing personnel files.
- Support global HR projects and manage smaller projects independently.
- Assist in creating compelling job descriptions and screen candidates during recruitment.
- Coordinate interviews and track recruitment progress.
- Support the organization of recruitment events such as career fairs.
- Assist with internal communications, employee handbook updates, and event coordination.
- Background in HR through education or initial work experience.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive, hands-on approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a people-oriented mindset.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Fluency in English and German is essential; French is an advantage.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to manage changing priorities and meet deadlines.
Ideal candidates will have some initial experience or educational background in HR.
