- Coordinate learning and development initiatives across multiple markets.
- Support recruitment activities, including drafting job descriptions and conducting interviews.
- Assist in preparing employment documents and coordinating payroll.
- Contribute to employee engagement and DE&I initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain HR dashboards and reports.
- Collaborate on strategic HR projects and harmonization of practices.
- Serve as a key point of contact for local teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Eligibility for V.I.E. program: EEA citizenship, aged 18-28, and no prior V.I.E. experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with HRIS systems, such as Workday, is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Dutch, French, or Italian is a strong plus.
A minimum of initial experience in Human Resources, such as an internship or junior role.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
