- Coordinate learning and development initiatives across multiple markets.
- Support recruitment activities including drafting job descriptions, posting roles, and conducting interviews.
- Assist in preparing employment documents and managing onboarding processes.
- Contribute to compensation analysis and benefits tracking.
- Support the rollout of wellbeing and DE&I initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain HR dashboards and reports.
- Collaborate with local teams and senior stakeholders across Amsterdam, Brussels, and Milan.
- Contribute to strategic HR projects and the harmonisation of practices across regions.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Eligibility for V.I.E. program: EU citizenship, aged 18-28, and no prior V.I.E. completion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday is advantageous.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch, French, or Italian is a strong plus.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work collaboratively across cultures.
A first experience in Human Resources, either through an internship or a junior role, is required.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
