1. Coordinate learning and development initiatives across multiple markets.
2. Support recruitment activities including drafting job descriptions, posting roles, and conducting interviews.
3. Assist in preparing employment documents and managing onboarding processes.
4. Contribute to compensation analysis and benefits tracking.
5. Support the rollout of wellbeing and DE&I initiatives.
6. Prepare and maintain HR dashboards and reports.
7. Collaborate with local teams and senior stakeholders across Amsterdam, Brussels, and Milan.
8. Contribute to strategic HR projects and the harmonisation of practices across regions.

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Eligibility for V.I.E. program: EU citizenship, aged 18-28, and no prior V.I.E. completion.

1. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday is advantageous.
3. Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch, French, or Italian is a strong plus.
4. Strong organisational skills and ability to work collaboratively across cultures.

A first experience in Human Resources, either through an internship or a junior role, is required.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
