Moët Hennessy High Energy Sector Manager

- Develop and enhance the brand portfolio's potential and revenue within the assigned sector, focusing primarily on Palace clients.
- Drive the premiumization of distribution and sales to increase profitability across the sales sector.
- Optimize brand desirability and establish or reinforce the added value of brands and offers to clients.
- Negotiate and implement actions and operations to enhance brand visibility in alignment with defined priorities.
- Analyze sector results and provide recommendations to improve brand performance in volume and value.
- Ensure compliance with general sales conditions, including solvency and legal payment terms, and manage client collections.
- Manage quotas, allocations, and various budgets (expenses, samples, POSM, VSM, etc.) within defined parameters.
- Report market information, competitor activities, and operations to the Regional Director.
- Identify and implement effective business levers, monitor results, and conduct activity reporting on Sales Force.
- 3 to 5 years of commercial experience in the CHR sector with a strong affinity for Night and High Energy clients.
- Knowledge of the CHD/C&C distributor environment is a significant advantage.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and contributing to brand development.
- Dynamic and results-oriented with a strong sales acumen.
- Excellent analytical and commercial intelligence skills.
- Organized and meticulous with strong attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Passionate about wines and spirits with extensive knowledge in the field.
3 to 5 years of commercial experience in the CHR sector, particularly with Night and High Energy clients.
