- Evaluate and lead Hennessy/Cognac strategies in local markets, focusing on key accounts, trade advocacy, and education.
- Drive brand performance according to Brand Equity KPIs, including volume, value, and quality of distribution.
- Train bartenders, mixologists, wait-staff, account managers, and distributor networks on brand training, mixology, and programming.
- Develop and foster relationships with key accounts to maximize Hennessy’s visibility and presence.
- Collaborate with the Global Hennessy Ambassador lead to support global brand education and trade advocacy objectives.
- Submit regular reports on brand performance, event ROI, social media activity, and competitive activity.
- Manage assigned budgets for brand development and promotional activities.
- Serve as the market expert for Hennessy/Cognac, understanding consumer behavior across cultural and demographic segments.
- Host key consumer events and participate in trade shows, conferences, and social media platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5-7 years of experience within the beverage alcohol industry or 3-Tier System.
- Established relationships with distributor personnel and key accounts in market.
- Affinity with and cultural ability to represent luxury wines and spirits values.
- In-depth knowledge of liquor consumption trends and cocktail culture.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Established network of industry and trade professionals.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Proficiency in modern training techniques.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the beverage alcohol industry with a focus on brand education and trade advocacy.
Bachelor’s degree required.
