- Lead the development of annual and 5-year brand plans, aligning with global strategies and defining strategic choices to meet brand and business targets.
- Manage brand portfolio strategies, ensuring synergies and differentiation.
- Establish strong relationships with Maison and Global Spirits teams to influence strategies and support UK strategic direction.
- Ensure a deep understanding of target consumers, market dynamics, competitive landscape, and strategic channels.
- Collaborate with the Head of Communications to integrate brands into UK culture, ensuring impact and resonance.
- Oversee the brands' P&L, working with Commercial and Finance teams to define strategy and deliver strong commercial plans.
- Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams to set channel objectives and identify growth areas.
- Work with Commercial Planning and RGM teams to identify revenue and profit opportunities.
- Collaborate with Insights team to maintain awareness of brand health and consumer insights, translating data into actionable strategies.
- Monitor brand performance and recommend appropriate actions based on sales, financial, market, and consumer data.
- Own marketing performance versus KPIs, ensuring effective evaluation and optimization of activities.
- Support Brand Managers in managing A&P budgets to meet targets.
- Fulfill internal reporting requirements and deliver insightful business reviews.
- Lead consumer activations and support brand teams in delivering elevated local experiences.
- Ensure timely delivery of programs within budget and to expected standards.
- Manage and develop the Spirits team, fostering a culture of empowerment and excellence.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team to align strategies with business objectives.
- Contribute to the Marketing Steerco and build relationships with industry influencers.
- Fluent in English
- Minimum 10 years of experience in spirits marketing
- Previous experience in the UK drinks or luxury industry in strategic and operational roles
- Proven track record in team management and development
- Strong leadership skills
- Passionate and creative with a drive for innovation
- Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Financial and business acumen

- WSET Spirits Level 2/3 or relevant sommelier/trade experience is a plus
