1. Lead the development of annual and five-year brand plans, aligning with global strategies and defining strategic choices supported by KPIs.
2. Manage brand portfolio strategies, ensuring synergies and differentiation.
3. Cultivate strong relationships with Maison and Global Spirits teams to influence strategies and support UK direction.
4. Understand target consumers, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
5. Collaborate with the Head of Communications to integrate brands into UK culture.
6. Oversee brand P&L, working with Commercial and Finance teams to deliver robust commercial plans.
7. Set channel objectives with Sales and Finance teams, ensuring strategic distribution and identifying growth areas.
8. Identify revenue and profit opportunities with Commercial Planning and RGM teams.
9. Collaborate with Insights team to maintain brand health awareness and inform strategies.
10. Monitor brand performance and recommend actions based on sales, financial, and market data.
11. Evaluate marketing performance against KPIs, ensuring ROI and identifying future optimizations.
12. Support Brand Managers in budget management and internal reporting.
13. Lead consumer activations and support brand teams in delivering local experiences.
14. Ensure exceptional brand experiences from concept to evaluation, within budget and brand values.
15. Manage and develop the Spirits team, fostering individual and team growth.
16. Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams for project excellence.
17. Contribute to integrated marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
18. Engage with trade to build industry relationships and influence.

1. Fluent in English
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in spirits marketing
3. Experience in the UK drinks or luxury industry in strategic and operational roles
4. Proven track record in team management and development
