- Lead the development of annual and five-year brand plans, aligning with global strategies and defining strategic choices supported by KPIs.
- Manage brand portfolio strategies, ensuring synergies and differentiation.
- Cultivate strong relationships with Maison and Global Spirits teams to influence strategies and support UK direction.
- Understand target consumers, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with the Head of Communications to integrate brands into UK culture.
- Oversee brand P&L, working with Commercial and Finance teams to deliver robust commercial plans.
- Set channel objectives with Sales and Finance teams, ensuring strategic distribution and identifying growth areas.
- Identify revenue and profit opportunities with Commercial Planning and RGM teams.
- Collaborate with Insights team to maintain brand health awareness and inform strategies.
- Monitor brand performance and recommend actions based on sales, financial, and market data.
- Evaluate marketing performance against KPIs, ensuring ROI and identifying future optimizations.
- Support Brand Managers in budget management and internal reporting.
- Lead consumer activations and support brand teams in delivering local experiences.
- Ensure exceptional brand experiences from concept to evaluation, within budget and brand values.
- Manage and develop the Spirits team, fostering individual and team growth.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams for project excellence.
- Contribute to integrated marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Engage with trade to build industry relationships and influence.
- Fluent in English
- Minimum 10 years of experience in spirits marketing
- Experience in the UK drinks or luxury industry in strategic and operational roles
- Proven track record in team management and development
