- Develop and implement local B2B Systems & Consumer IT strategies, including solution discovery, service management, and risk management.
- Lead planning and execution of technology initiatives to achieve business objectives.
- Mentor and foster a collaborative team environment within the B2B Systems & Consumer team.
- Communicate project decisions and priorities to staff at various levels.
- Serve as a thought leader to align technology solutions with business strategies.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of IS&T services to support business goals.
- Prioritize IT initiatives based on organizational needs, workload, and budget.
- Champion change management activities with a customer-centric approach.
- Advise on options, risks, costs, and impacts on business processes and system priorities.
- Analyze technology trends to assess their impact on business goals.
- Promote the adoption of solutions and identify training needs for end users.
- Expertise in Information Management, Systems, Technology, or Computer Science.
- 15 years of experience in IS/T or related fields with solid project management experience.
- Experience with Salesforce.com, eCommerce, CRM tools, and cloud technologies.
- Knowledge of eCommerce solutions, production business models, or Wine & Spirits distribution.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing and developing IT teams.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Effective communication in a multi-language, multinational environment.
- Ability to translate complex ideas into understandable concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Independent work ethic with attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Capability to transfer technical concepts into business solutions.
A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required, with a strong background in project management and team leadership across geographic regions.
A degree in Information Management, Systems, Technology, or Computer Science is preferred. Relevant industry certifications such as ITIL, PMP/PRINCE, or MCSE are advantageous.
