- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with the regional team to deliver regional and group initiatives.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing HR insights and solutions.
- Lead organizational development initiatives to support business growth.
- Oversee HR metrics and analytics for insightful reporting to senior management.
- Manage HR budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Lead change management initiatives to drive organizational effectiveness.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through employee engagement strategies.
- Develop initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Identify training and development needs to enhance employee skills.
- Develop talent management and succession planning strategies.
- Partner with the regional Talent team for attracting and recruiting top talent.
- Oversee the annual review exercise and market benchmark surveys.
- Develop competitive benefits and recognition programs.
- Handle employee relations issues fairly and provide guidance to managers.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Identify areas for process efficiency and optimization.
- Establish strong partnerships with market HR leaders and regional HR COE teams.
- Participate in and lead other projects or tasks as required.
- Minimum of 12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 6 years in a leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in strategic HR business partnering within a regional or multinational organization.
- Experience in a Finance & Ops shared service centric environment is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations in Singapore.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and build strong relationships with senior leaders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Agility and creativity with new ideas to improve HR areas and processes.
Minimum of 12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 6 years in a leadership role.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
