1. Contribute actively to the MHCWK Executive Committee, promoting Moët Hennessy's Vision, Mission, and Values.
2. Drive company strategy in alignment with Moët Hennessy goals, enhancing organizational performance.
3. Lead the Finance function to meet business objectives, ensuring compliance with regulations and accounting principles.
4. Manage working capital, establishing and monitoring Credit Control and Cash Flow guidelines.
5. Collaborate with the Regional Center of Excellence on finance operations, tax, and treasury matters.
6. Lead the FP&A team, overseeing budget control and management.
7. Provide oversight to the Supply Chain team, ensuring effective sales and inventory forecasting.
8. Ensure compliance with regional legal and contract guidelines.

1. Proven track record in finance leadership roles within multicultural environments.
2. Strong commercial acumen and experience in business planning.
3. Technical expertise in financial and management accounting functions.
4. Experience in contract review and management processes preferred.
5. Ability to lead continuous improvements and strengthen team agility.

1. Fluency in English and Korean; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
2. Strong capability in building trusted business relationships and influencing stakeholders.
3. Emphasis on compliance, integrity, and team collaboration.
4. Agile, inspiring, customer-focused, and entrepreneurial mindset.

Minimum 10 years of experience in finance leadership roles.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
