- Contribute actively to the MHCWK Executive Committee, promoting Moët Hennessy's Vision, Mission, and Values.
- Drive company strategy in alignment with Moët Hennessy goals, enhancing organizational performance.
- Lead the Finance function to meet business objectives, ensuring compliance with regulations and accounting principles.
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to support and accelerate growth.
- Manage working capital and oversee Credit Control and Cash Flow guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Regional Center of Excellence on finance operations, tax, and treasury matters.
- Lead the FP&A team, overseeing company budget control and management.
- Provide oversight to the Supply Chain team, ensuring effective sales and inventory forecasting.
- Collaborate with the EXCO team to align financial strategies with business objectives.
- Proven track record in a finance leadership role within a multicultural and matrixed environment.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience in business planning.
- Technical expertise in financial and management accounting, treasury, internal audit, and tax.
- Experience as a change agent, leading process improvements and enhancing team agility.
- Ability to build trusted business relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in English and Korean; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Strong emphasis on compliance, integrity, and team collaboration.
- Agility, customer focus, and entrepreneurial spirit.
A minimum of 10 years in finance leadership roles.
