1. Contribute actively to the MHCWK Executive Committee, promoting Moët Hennessy's Vision, Mission, and Values.
2. Drive company strategy in alignment with Moët Hennessy goals, enhancing organizational performance.
3. Lead the Finance function to meet business objectives, ensuring compliance with regulations and accounting principles.
4. Develop and implement commercial strategies to support and accelerate growth.
5. Manage working capital and oversee Credit Control and Cash Flow guidelines.
6. Collaborate with the Regional Center of Excellence on finance operations, tax, and treasury matters.
7. Lead the FP&A team, overseeing company budget control and management.
8. Provide oversight to the Supply Chain team, ensuring effective sales and inventory forecasting.
9. Collaborate with the EXCO team to align financial strategies with business objectives.

1. Proven track record in a finance leadership role within a multicultural and matrixed environment.
2. Strong commercial acumen and experience in business planning.
3. Technical expertise in financial and management accounting, treasury, internal audit, and tax.
4. Experience as a change agent, leading process improvements and enhancing team agility.
5. Ability to build trusted business relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

1. Fluency in English and Korean; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
2. Strong emphasis on compliance, integrity, and team collaboration.
3. Agility, customer focus, and entrepreneurial spirit.

A minimum of 10 years in finance leadership roles.
