- Lead a high-performing Finance & Operations team, leveraging individual strengths while fostering team development and a supportive culture.
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting cycles, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and HR departments to ensure comprehensive and accurate financial planning.
- Drive the company to achieve financial targets, updating forecasts periodically to assess opportunities and potential risks.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in accordance with accounting standards, in collaboration with the Regional Centre of Excellence.
- Optimize working capital and control cash flow to maintain a favorable cash position.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory filings, audits, and statutory obligations, including local and international tax compliance.
- Design and maintain robust internal control systems, policies, and procedures to safeguard assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize procurement, inventory control, vendor management, and cost efficiency.
- Drive improvements in logistics processes, including warehousing, distribution, freight management, and last-mile delivery performance.
- Collaborate with Regional IT leadership to align technology infrastructure with business needs and growth plans.
- Professional qualification (CPA, CA, or CFA) is desirable.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a finance leadership role within a multicultural and matrixed organization.
- Strong experience in financial and management accounting, including accounting and control, treasury, internal audit, tax, budgeting, capital structuring, and financial modeling.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Excellent understanding of P&L, budgets, and business objectives.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for managing multilevel stakeholders.
- Ability to lead continuous improvements and strengthen team agility in an evolving business environment.
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in other Asian languages preferred.
Minimum of 10 years in a finance leadership role, with experience in multicultural and matrixed environments.
Professional qualification (CPA, CA, or CFA) is desirable.
