- Develop comprehensive below-the-line (BTL) strategies and channel activation calendars aligned with brand objectives.
- Execute BTL programs ensuring consistent brand visibility and consumer conversion across key channels.
- Track activation effectiveness through KPIs and ROI analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Customer Marketing team to deliver exceptional activations.
- Develop channel-specific activation strategies and multi-year brand investment strategies.
- Drive market activations with channel partners to offer bespoke activities and consumer initiatives.
- Ensure brand compliance and manage point of sale materials (POSM) and agency relationships.
- Foster robust relationships with Sales and Brand Marketing teams for high-impact activation solutions.
- Manage BTL advertising and promotion budget, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
- Own the Customer Marketing operating system and drive regional best practice sharing.
- 10+ years of professional experience in trade/customer marketing, retail marketing, or category management.
- Demonstrated success in executing activations across On-Trade and Off-Trade environments.
- Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
- Fluency in English and Korean.
- Strong commercial acumen with an ROI-focused mindset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Systems thinking capability.
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in relevant fields such as trade/customer marketing or category management within consumer industries.
