1. Contribute to the definition and execution of the IT strategic plan for Champagne, aligning with business objectives and managing associated risks.
2. Ensure close collaboration with business units in Champagne, understanding and analyzing internal client needs, and coordinating communication during major incidents or tool deployments.
3. Oversee the design and implementation of business services, ensuring architectural coherence and cost optimization, while managing local projects and roll-outs.
4. Analyze service performance, quality, and client satisfaction, proposing optimization actions and ensuring resource planning and integration with platforms.
5. Lead and develop the team, setting objectives, managing workloads, and fostering technological innovation within the group.

1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
2. Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent university education.
3. Fluency in French and English.
4. Strong relational skills with a customer service orientation.
