- Lead the development and execution of long-term and short-term brand strategies for the Champagne portfolio in Germany.
- Coordinate multi-channel marketing plans in alignment with global strategies and financial targets.
- Enhance brand equity and presence through strategic communication and cross-departmental collaboration.
- Manage brand budgets, ensuring effective allocation and evaluation of marketing activities.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and accounts to strengthen brand presence.
- Guide and inspire the Champagne Brand Teams, fostering innovation and creativity.
- Oversee media campaigns and collaborate with PR & Communication teams to execute engaging strategies.
- Ensure high standards of execution across all projects and maintain budgetary control.
- Prepare reports and business reviews, and collaborate with finance and logistics teams.
- Stay informed on competitor activities and industry trends.
- Residency in Munich with a high degree of on-site presence.
- Degree-level education.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury marketing, preferably within the luxury or beverage industry.
- Fluency in German and English; French is advantageous.
- Consumer-centric and analytical strategic leadership.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Strong team spirit and adaptability to diverse cultures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Project and budget management expertise.
- Commercial awareness and financial acumen.
- Digital understanding and knowledge.
Candidates must possess a robust background in luxury marketing with at least 10 years of experience, ideally within the luxury or beverage sectors.
Degree-level education is required.
