- Develop and implement local B2B Systems & Consumer IT strategies, including solution discovery, service management, and relationship management.
- Lead the planning and execution of technology initiatives to meet business objectives.
- Mentor and foster a collaborative team environment within the B2B Systems & Consumer team.
- Communicate project information and priorities to staff at various levels.
- Provide expert guidance to stakeholders to align technology solutions with business strategies.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of IS&T services to support business goals.
- Prioritize IT initiatives based on organizational needs, workload, and budget.
- Champion change management activities with a focus on customer-centric solutions.
- Advise on technology options, risks, and impacts on business processes.
- Analyze technology trends to assess their impact on business goals.
- Promote the adoption of technological solutions and identify training needs for end users.
- Knowledge in Information Management, Systems, Technology, or Computer Science.
- Relevant industry certifications such as ITIL, PMP/PRINCE, MCSE.
- Experience with Salesforce.com, eCommerce, CRM tools, and cloud technologies.
- Understanding of eCommerce solutions and Wine & Spirits distribution models.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Strong project management skills across geographic regions.
- Effective communication in a multilingual, multinational environment.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business solutions.
- Leadership skills in managing and developing IT teams.
- Independent and detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
A minimum of 15 years in IS&T or related fields, with at least 5 years in team management and project delivery.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
