1. Participate in strategic HR processes to review organizational health and talent pipelines.
2. Contribute to the Talent Pooling process for developing talent and succession plans for key positions.
3. Develop engaging materials for Performance Management initiatives.
4. Assist in the implementation of LVMH talent management projects through project coordination and stakeholder engagement.
5. Support the preparation of Talent presentations for top management.
6. Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses with corrective measure suggestions.
7. Propose new dashboards and reports to monitor initiative performance and efficiency.
8. Perform external benchmarking and suggest innovative approaches to talent management.

1. Enrolled in a master's degree program, preferably with an HR specialization, with at least a 12-month apprenticeship.

3. Data-oriented with advanced Excel skills for analysis.
4. Ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative information to identify issues and draw conclusions.
5. Team player with a positive and flexible interpersonal style.
6. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
7. Discretion and integrity in handling sensitive information.
8. Fluency in English and French; a third language is a plus.
9. Excellent written and communication skills with proficiency in PowerPoint presentation design.
10. Experience with HRIS systems such as SuccessFactors or LMS platforms is advantageous.

Beginner-level experience in HR or related fields.

Master's degree program enrollment, HR specialization preferred.

Reimbursement of 75% of transportation costs, 50% meal voucher card, and two days of remote work per week.
