Moët Hennessy Global Talent Management Assistant

- Participate in strategic HR processes to review organizational health and talent pipelines.
- Contribute to the Talent Pooling process for developing talent and succession plans for key positions.
- Develop engaging materials for Performance Management initiatives.
- Assist in the implementation of LVMH talent management projects through project coordination and stakeholder engagement.
- Support the preparation of Talent presentations for top management.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses with corrective measure suggestions.
- Propose new dashboards and reports to monitor initiative performance and efficiency.
- Perform external benchmarking and suggest innovative approaches to talent management.
- Enrolled in a master's degree program, preferably with an HR specialization, with at least a 12-month apprenticeship.
- Strong interest in people development.
- High standards of excellence in execution.
- Data-oriented with advanced Excel skills for analysis.
- Ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative information to identify issues and draw conclusions.
- Team player with a positive and flexible interpersonal style.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Discretion and integrity in handling sensitive information.
- Fluency in English and French; a third language is a plus.
- Excellent written and communication skills with proficiency in PowerPoint presentation design.
- Experience with HRIS systems such as SuccessFactors or LMS platforms is advantageous.
Beginner-level experience in HR or related fields.
Master's degree program enrollment, HR specialization preferred.
Reimbursement of 75% of transportation costs, 50% meal voucher card, and two days of remote work per week.
