1. Participate in strategic HR processes to review organizational health and talent pipelines.
2. Contribute to the Talent Pooling process to develop succession plans for key positions.
3. Develop engaging materials for Performance Management initiatives.
4. Assist in the coordination, communication, and stakeholder engagement for LVMH talent management projects.
5. Prepare on-demand Talent presentations for top management.
6. Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis with corrective measure suggestions.
7. Propose dashboards and reports to monitor recruitment, learning, performance management, DEI, and career development initiatives.
8. Perform external benchmarking and suggest innovative approaches in talent management.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program, preferably with an HR specialization.
2. Minimum 12-month apprenticeship experience.

1. Proficiency in advanced Excel analysis and data interpretation.
2. Strong written and communication skills, with expertise in PowerPoint presentation design.
3. Fluency in English and French; a third language is advantageous.
4. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
5. Experience with HRIS systems such as SuccessFactors or LMS platforms is a plus.
6. Demonstrated discretion and integrity in handling sensitive information.

Entry-level experience with a focus on HR and talent management.

Master's degree program enrollment, preferably in HR.
