1. Contribute to projects enhancing recruitment infrastructure and candidate experience.
2. Facilitate engagement and best practice sharing within the global talent acquisition community.
3. Support cross-functional projects within the Global Talent Acquisition team and broader HR team.
4. Assist the Recruitment team, including in Assessment Centers.

1. Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in business administration, human resources management, or a related field.
2. Passionate about talent acquisition with a drive to make a tangible impact.
3. Thrives in international environments with strong intercultural sensitivity.
4. Data-driven decision-making skills with a keen attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
5. Proactive and results-oriented with a proven ability to achieve objectives efficiently.
6. Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French is an asset.
