1. Contribute to projects enhancing recruitment infrastructure and candidate experience.
2. Facilitate engagement and share best practices within the global talent acquisition community.
3. Support cross-functional projects within the Global Talent Acquisition team and the broader HR team.
4. Assist the Recruitment team, including in Assessment Centers.

1. Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in business administration, human resources management, or a related field.
2. Passion for talent acquisition and motivation to make a tangible impact.
3. Enjoyment of international environments with strong intercultural sensitivity.

1. Data-driven decision-making with a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills.
2. Proactive and results-oriented with proven ability to achieve objectives efficiently.
3. Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus.

Beginner level experience is acceptable.

Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a relevant program.
