Moët Hennessy Global Consumer & Social Insights Intern

- Support international projects such as brand health trackers, communications testing, and social listening initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Global CI Manager and Global Head of Social Intelligence to develop partnerships with Maisons Marketing and Communications teams.
- Recommend and manage projects related to brand strategy and activations in collaboration with key market insights teams.
- Assist Maisons and Markets in measuring Social KPIs.
- Advocate for social and search insights within Maisons and Markets teams.
- Analyze data and trends from consumer studies, social listening, market insights, and trending topics to identify key learnings and future opportunities for Moët Hennessy brands.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Knowledge or interest in the wines & spirits industry and luxury sector.
- Previous internship or apprenticeship experience, preferably in Consumer and Social Insights.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive meaningful insights from data.
- Effective communication and copywriting skills.
- Interest in various social media platforms beyond Meta and X.
- Basic understanding of social listening (Boolean Language) and search data (mind map).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Beginner-level experience, ideally through a previous internship or apprenticeship in Consumer and Social Insights.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
