- Define and champion the short-term and mid-term strategic vision for the CAC region, including a comprehensive business development plan.
- Set ambitious yet achievable annual business objectives, identifying and capitalizing on new growth opportunities.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of third-party distributors to maximize business performance.
- Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior, providing insightful recommendations.
- Lead the entire budget planning process, ensuring alignment with overall financial objectives and managing A&P spending.
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand plans, ensuring flawless execution of marketing activities.
- Develop and deliver compelling brand education programs for local distributor teams.
- Act as a passionate and informed brand ambassador, managing public relations activities and key client engagements.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key on- and off-trade customers.
- Deep understanding of the Caribbean market landscape, including cultural nuances and regulatory environment.
- Proven ability to manage complex distributor networks and drive performance in diverse market conditions.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
A minimum of 5 years in a senior management role, ideally with experience in the CAC region.
