1. Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and hard close accounting journal entries and schedules, including standard entries, accruals, and deferrals.
2. Conduct ongoing review of general ledger and accounting data, coordinating corrective actions and advising management of key issues.
3. Assist with legal entity budgeting and forecasting processes.
4. Manage lease accounting, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with contractual obligations.
5. Prepare and distribute internal monthly overheads reporting for review.
6. Analyze and reconcile balance sheet accounts, proposing corrective actions as needed.
7. Support the implementation and training of system updates and process improvements.
8. Prepare schedules for financial and internal control audits, ensuring compliance with internal control policies.
9. Provide collaborative support and guidance to the Accounting and Finance teams, building cross-functional partnerships.

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in accounting or finance.
3. Experience in the Wines and Spirits industry is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
2. Familiarity with accounting software and systems.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
6. Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.

Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in accounting or finance is required.
