Moët Hennessy FP&A Analyst Intern

- Lead the regional preparation of cash reports for actual and forecast phases.
- Enhance processes for cash reporting, optimize data modeling, and support markets with templates.
- Analyze and challenge market insights, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
- Present cash reports to the Controlling Director and CFO, explaining variances and suggesting action plans.
- Oversee the DSO reporting process across the region and prepare summaries of key impacts.
- Consolidate CAPEX reporting for the region, ensuring consistency with market-reported balance sheets.
- Coordinate with transversal activities such as Retail, IT, and GTR.
- Facilitate the EMEA Accounting community, fostering talent development and knowledge sharing.
- Actively participate in the regional Finance team, sharing results and insights regularly.
- Provide ad hoc analysis on accounting-related topics.
- 2+ years of accounting experience with a strong financial analysis background.
- Experience in an accounting firm or pursuing an accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) is ideal.
- Advanced knowledge of finance and accounting principles, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
- International mindset with experience in a large group is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Action and result-oriented with a drive for improved performance.
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
- Proficiency in IT tools such as SAP, Hyperion-Essbase, PowerBI, and MS Office.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in another European language is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player with initiative and autonomy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- High levels of energy, drive, motivation, integrity, and trust.
Beginner-level experience with a solid foundation in accounting and financial analysis.
Pursuing or holding an accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) is preferred.
