1. Lead the regional preparation of cash reports for actual and forecast phases.
2. Enhance processes for cash reporting, optimize data modeling, and support markets with templates.
3. Analyze and challenge market insights, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
4. Present cash reports to the Controlling Director and CFO, explaining variances and suggesting action plans.
5. Oversee the DSO reporting process across the region and prepare summaries of key impacts.
6. Consolidate CAPEX reporting for the region, ensuring consistency with market-reported balance sheets.
7. Coordinate with transversal activities such as Retail, IT, and GTR.
8. Facilitate the EMEA Accounting community, fostering talent development and knowledge sharing.
9. Actively participate in the regional Finance team, sharing results and insights regularly.
10. Provide ad hoc analysis on accounting-related topics.

1. 2+ years of accounting experience with a strong financial analysis background.
2. Experience in an accounting firm or pursuing an accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) is ideal.
3. Advanced knowledge of finance and accounting principles, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
4. International mindset with experience in a large group is advantageous.

4. Proficiency in IT tools such as SAP, Hyperion-Essbase, PowerBI, and MS Office.
5. Fluency in English; proficiency in another European language is a plus.

9. High levels of energy, drive, motivation, integrity, and trust.

Beginner-level experience with a solid foundation in accounting and financial analysis.

Pursuing or holding an accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) is preferred.
