Moët Hennessy Financial Reporting Manager

- Oversee all legal-entity reporting, ensuring accuracy and appropriateness of P&L, balance sheet, and supplemental schedules.
- Collaborate with the Accounting Manager and Inventory Manager to establish month-end closing processes and communicate deadlines.
- Supervise the Reporting Analyst in preparing and delivering monthly, quarterly, and hard close financial information.
- Prepare and review recurring and ad hoc analyses and supporting schedules.
- Conduct ongoing reviews of financial data and manage corrective actions with the Accounting team.
- Oversee legal-entity budgeting and forecasting, coordinating inputs with Finance and Operations teams.
- Manage monthly and quarterly cash reporting, including DSO, cash movements, and cash flow statements.
- Supervise the Vendor Master, ensuring timely and accurate processing of new vendor applications and banking changes.
- Conduct ongoing analysis of vendor processes and provide escalation support as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Accounting or Finance.
- 5-7 years of experience in Accounting/Finance.
- Strong leadership and talent development abilities.
- Highly organized with the ability to work autonomously.
- Proven business partnering skills with commercial acumen.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Minimum of 5 years in Accounting/Finance, with a proven track record in leadership and talent development.
Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Accounting or Finance.
