1. Oversee all legal-entity reporting, ensuring accuracy and appropriateness of P&L, balance sheet, and supplemental schedules.
2. Collaborate with the Accounting Manager and Inventory Manager to establish month-end closing processes and communicate deadlines.
3. Supervise the Reporting Analyst in preparing and delivering monthly, quarterly, and hard close financial information.
4. Prepare and review recurring and ad hoc analyses and supporting schedules.
5. Conduct ongoing reviews of financial data and manage corrective actions with the Accounting team.
6. Oversee legal-entity budgeting and forecasting, coordinating inputs with Finance and Operations teams.
7. Manage monthly and quarterly cash reporting, including DSO, cash movements, and cash flow statements.
8. Supervise the Vendor Master, ensuring timely and accurate processing of new vendor applications and banking changes.
9. Conduct ongoing analysis of vendor processes and provide escalation support as needed.

1. Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Accounting or Finance.
2. 5-7 years of experience in Accounting/Finance.

Minimum of 5 years in Accounting/Finance, with a proven track record in leadership and talent development.
