Moët Hennessy Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

- Act as a strategic finance business partner to the Managing Director and senior leadership, delivering in‑depth performance analysis, KPI tracking and decision‑support insights.
- Lead end‑to‑end financial planning processes including annual budgeting, periodic forecasts and mid‑ to long‑term strategic planning in alignment with regional requirements.
- Produce and own management reporting for the local market and North Asia cluster, performing detailed P&L analysis by brand and channel and identifying variances and key drivers.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Marketing, Private Client, Supply Chain and Finance to develop business plans, streamline sales and stock forecasting, and improve commercial performance.
- Deliver scenario modelling and ad hoc analysis to quantify upside/downside impacts and recommend actionable improvements to stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement of reporting frameworks, systems and internal controls to enhance efficiency, governance and scalability.
- Lead and develop the Business Planning & Financial Analyst, fostering analytical capability, business partnering skills and a culture of accountability.
- Sponsor transformation initiatives including system enhancements, process optimisation and rigorous documentation of financial governance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent; professional finance qualification desirable.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant finance experience, including at least 7 years in financial analysis or FP&A roles.
- Proven experience in business planning & financial analysis within complex, multicultural organisations.
- Industry experience in Wine & Spirits, FMCG, Consumer or Luxury Goods is highly desirable.
- Strong commercial acumen and demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Fluent English; proficiency in Korean is required or strongly preferred.

Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 7 years focused on financial analysis/FP&A; previous exposure to regional or cluster responsibilities and cross‑functional commercial partnering in complex, multicultural environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
