1. Assist the Finance Manager in producing monthly actual and forecast reports for top management in the USA and Canada.
2. Summarize market updates and competitive performance, including financial performance of competitors and e-retail performance.
3. Manage ad-hoc requests from the Finance Manager and other key stakeholders.
4. Support month-end tasks, including journal entries and reconciliations.
5. Ensure accuracy of data across financial models and maintain current reporting.
6. Support the implementation of reporting enhancements and new user rollouts.
7. Develop and maintain analysis tools used by the FP&A team.
8. Pursue digital transformation initiatives using Anaplan and PowerBi.
9. Prepare reporting calendars and ensure adherence to deadlines.
10. Communicate with shareholder teams regarding reporting processes.
11. Assist with multi-brand projects and internal presentations.
12. Propose enhancements in financial data dashboarding.
13. Develop autonomy in recurring reporting tasks and enhance analytical skills.

1. Eligibility for the VIE program and a J1 visa.
2. French or European nationality required.
3. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Business.

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Attention to detail and accuracy.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerBi.
5. Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
6. Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
7. Teamwork and interpersonal skills.
8. Anaplan knowledge is a plus.

Beginner level experience in finance or related fields is required.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Business.
