Moët Hennessy Finance Planning & Analysis Intern

- Assist the Finance Manager in producing monthly actual and forecast reports for top management in the USA and Canada.
- Summarize market updates and competitive performance, including financial performance of competitors and e-retail performance.
- Manage ad-hoc requests from the Finance Manager and other key stakeholders.
- Support month-end tasks, including journal entries and reconciliations.
- Ensure accuracy of data across financial models and maintain current reporting.
- Support the implementation of reporting enhancements and new user rollouts.
- Develop and maintain analysis tools used by the FP&A team.
- Pursue digital transformation initiatives using Anaplan and PowerBi.
- Prepare reporting calendars and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Communicate with shareholder teams regarding reporting processes.
- Assist with multi-brand projects and internal presentations.
- Propose enhancements in financial data dashboarding.
- Develop autonomy in recurring reporting tasks and enhance analytical skills.
- Eligibility for the VIE program and a J1 visa.
- French or European nationality required.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Business.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and quantitative skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerBi.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
- Teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Anaplan knowledge is a plus.
Beginner level experience in finance or related fields is required.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Business.
