1. Assist in maintaining Profit Variance (PV) templates for financial analysis.
2. Support forecasting cycles by loading and validating financial data in systems.
3. Monitor and track costs for Advertising & Promotion (A&P) spend.
4. Create and maintain reports and templates for A&P, CAPEX, and E-Business.
5. Extract data and support the preparation of weekly sales reports.
6. Perform basic cost monitoring including A&P spend, ROI analysis, and accruals.
7. Support the creation of Purchase Orders (POs) during forecasting cycles.
8. Assist in preparing Monthly Financial Review decks for APAC market meetings.
9. Extract and consolidate data from financial systems and templates.
10. Perform basic data quality checks for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.

1. Undergraduate student in Finance or Business.
2. Passionate, proactive, and self-motivated.
3. Ability to work in a dynamic environment and organize time/projects/processes efficiently.
4. Self-driven, meticulous, and a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
2. Strong analytical and organizational skills.
3. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Beginner level experience is acceptable, ideal for those eager to gain industry insights and develop new skills.
