1. Assist in preparing Statements of Account (SOA) and support daily cash application by matching receipts to invoices.
2. Help update accounts receivable trackers, logs, and supporting schedules.
3. Assist in preparing documentation for credit notes, refunds, and adjustments.
4. Perform basic checks on customer balances and compile information for sales order release requests.
5. Assist in maintaining collection follow-up trackers and escalate exceptions to the Accountant.
6. Support preparation of accounts receivable aging reports and simple summaries.
7. Assist in extracting data from systems and templates and perform basic data checks.

1. Undergraduate student in Accounting, Finance, or Business.

1. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
2. Passionate, proactive, and self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
3. Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
4. Meticulous and a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Beginner level experience is required, suitable for undergraduate students eager to gain insights into finance operations.

Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.

Interns will gain valuable insights into the luxury wines and spirits industry, with exposure to regional finance operations and shared-service methodologies.
