1. Contribute actively to the MHT Executive Committee, promoting the Moët Hennessy Vision, Mission, and Values.
2. Drive company strategy aligned with Moët Hennessy goals, enhancing organizational performance.
3. Lead organizational change, fostering a business partnering mindset within the Finance & Operations team.
4. Co-lead the implementation of a revenue growth management culture with the commercial organization.
5. Enhance regional performance through active participation in the Moët Hennessy Asia Pacific Regional Finance & Operations Community.
6. Lead the Finance Function, ensuring compliance with regulations and accounting principles.
7. Manage working capital, establishing Credit Control and Cash Flow guidelines.
8. Collaborate with the Regional Center of Excellence on finance operations, tax, and treasury matters.
9. Develop and implement policies for internal controls, risk management, and compliance.
10. Lead the FP&A Team in budget control and management, ensuring effective business planning.
11. Oversee the Supply Chain Team, enhancing demand planning and inventory forecasting.
12. Collaborate with the Executive Committee to align financial strategies with business objectives.
13. Serve as the primary Finance and Operation strategic advisor to the Managing Director of Taiwan.
14. Contribute to Management meetings and Business Reviews with updates and recommendations.

1. Strong track record in finance leadership roles within multicultural environments.
2. Proven experience in complex, matrixed operations.
3. Commercial acumen with a history of contributing to business planning.
4. Technical expertise in financial and management accounting, treasury, and tax.
5. Experience as a change agent, leading process improvements.
6. Ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
7. Emphasis on compliance, integrity, and team collaboration.
8. Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is advantageous.
