- Contribute actively to the MHT Executive Committee, promoting the Moët Hennessy Vision, Mission, and Values.

- Lead organizational change, fostering a business partnering mindset within the Finance & Operations team.
- Co-lead the implementation of a revenue growth management culture with the commercial organization.
- Enhance regional performance through active participation in the Moët Hennessy Asia Pacific Regional Finance & Operations Community.
- Lead the Finance Function, ensuring compliance with regulations and accounting principles.
- Manage working capital, establishing Credit Control and Cash Flow guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Regional Center of Excellence on finance operations, tax, and treasury matters.
- Develop and implement policies for internal controls, risk management, and compliance.
- Lead the FP&A Team in budget control and management, ensuring effective business planning.
- Oversee the Supply Chain Team, enhancing demand planning and inventory forecasting.
- Collaborate with the Executive Committee to align financial strategies with business objectives.
- Serve as the primary Finance and Operation strategic advisor to the Managing Director of Taiwan.
- Contribute to Management meetings and Business Reviews with updates and recommendations.
- Strong track record in finance leadership roles within multicultural environments.
- Proven experience in complex, matrixed operations.
- Commercial acumen with a history of contributing to business planning.
- Technical expertise in financial and management accounting, treasury, and tax.
- Experience as a change agent, leading process improvements.
- Ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Emphasis on compliance, integrity, and team collaboration.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is advantageous.
