- Contribute to the MHT Executive Committee and Leadership team, promoting Moët Hennessy's Vision, Mission, and Values.
- Drive company strategy consistent with Moët Hennessy goals, delivering excellence and strengthening organizational performance.
- Act as an organizational change agent, developing a business partnering mindset within the Finance & Operations team.
- Co-lead the implementation of a culture of revenue growth management with the commercial organization.
- Contribute to regional performance improvement within the Moët Hennessy Asia Pacific Regional Finance & Operations Community.
- Lead the Finance Function to meet business objectives and ensure compliance with regulations and accounting principles.
- Manage working capital by establishing and monitoring Credit Control and Cash Flow guidelines.
- Work closely with the Regional Center of Excellence team on Finance operations, tax, and treasury matters.
- Lead the development and implementation of policies for internal controls, risk management, and compliance.
- Lead the FP&A Team in company budget control and management.
- Ensure effective execution of business planning functions and implementation of new tools.
- Lead the Supply Chain Team in demand planning and inventory forecasting.
- Ensure regular KPI meetings with 3PL for warehouse and delivery management.
- Collaborate with the Executive Committee to align financial strategies with business objectives.
- Serve as the primary Finance and Operation strategic advisor to the Managing Director of Taiwan.
- Contribute to monthly and ad hoc Management meetings and Business Reviews.
- Strong track record in a finance leadership role with end-to-end capacity.
- Experience in a multicultural environment and adept at communication and influence in a complex operation.
- Strong commercial acumen and contribution to business planning.
- Technical capability in financial and management accounting, treasury, internal audit, tax, budgeting, and financial modeling.
- Ability to lead continuous improvements and strengthen team agility.
- Capability to build trusted business relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Emphasis on compliance, integrity, and team collaboration.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
