- Contribute actively to the MHT Executive Committee, promoting Moët Hennessy's Vision, Mission, and Values.
- Drive company strategy in alignment with Moët Hennessy goals, enhancing organizational performance.
- Lead the Finance & Operations team, fostering a business partnering mindset and motivating the team to achieve excellence.
- Collaborate with the commercial organization to implement a culture of revenue growth management.
- Enhance regional performance through active participation in the Moët Hennessy Asia Pacific Regional Finance & Operations Community.
- Develop and implement policies to strengthen internal controls, risk management, and compliance.
- Manage working capital, credit control, and cash flow to safeguard the company's financial health.
- Lead the FP&A team in budget control, business planning, and analysis.
- Oversee the Supply Chain team, ensuring effective demand planning and inventory forecasting.
- Serve as the primary strategic advisor to the Managing Director of Taiwan.
- Contribute to management meetings and business reviews with financial insights and recommendations.
- Strong track record in finance leadership roles within a multicultural environment.
- Proven experience in financial and management accounting, treasury, internal audit, and tax.
- Ability to lead continuous improvements and enhance team agility in a dynamic business environment.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience in business planning.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
